WHAT is the difference between being “in” and being “out”- between serving an administration and standing on the outside of it, heckling more but enjoying it less? In the past few years, I have made this transition twice, once going in, and once going out. I don’t feel like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, but I do know that I have gone through a couple of transformations.
